What Makes Show Video Unique

Performance video captures live shows — theater, dance, comedy, circus, and musical performances — with the technical rigor required to honor the artists' work. We use 3-5 cameras positioned in consultation with the director or stage manager: front-of-house wide, two mid-row angles for close-ups, a stage-wing camera, and optionally an overhead or crane shot. Audio is captured from the venue's sound board (line feed) plus room mics for ambiance. Low-light capability is essential — we use Sony FX6 or Canon C300 III at native ISO for clean high-ISO footage without additional lighting that would disrupt the show. Editing takes 2-3 weeks, with a full-show edit and a 3-minute promotional cut delivered.
